This summer, my family has decided to get together once a month at each other's house for dinner. I'm on dinner duty tonight. This means cooking for 8 people, cleaning the house, doing dishes (we don't have a functioning dishwasher... Except our hands...), and still have time to juggle everything else in life..

Today is my cousin's 19th birthday, and Jays is on the 27th, so I decided to do a duo birthday celebration dinner.. It is a Thanksgiving in August theme. Menu tonight?? Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato pie, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and or course... Red velvet cake!
